Our Chairman, Dr. Vasantha Kumar, fondly called Vasanth Uncle by the students, is a Futurist.
Always inclined towards bettering the education eco- system, Vasanth Uncle being a successful and well known Gynaecologist and Former Vice Principal at KIMS, Bangalore and Former Registrar at RGUHS. He shouldered and encouraged Usha Aunty to establish Chiguru house of Montessori in 2004. Since then there has been no looking back and their passion for education has scripted and nurtured many young minds.
Being a futurist, Vasanth uncle strongly believes in change and “Future is change”. Education builds the foundation for successful human capital.
With his robust and enriching experience of more than three decades in teaching, administration, team building and people management, he believes in motivating his team of faculties to the fullest potential and leading CAFL towards excellence in every sphere.
Children are the future of the country. Educating them is the need of the hour and the way ahead lies in their hands.
Being a futurist, Vasanth Uncle strongly believes that Transformation of education as per the needs of children will lead them to pursue their passion.

Our Director Dr Usha Vasanth, fondly called Usha Aunty by the students, is a visionary.
She strives for perfection in all she does. An idealist, she provides an excellent atmosphere and conducive ambience for healthy and happy learning.
She embodies the attributes of a sagacious mentor and a caring perfectionist who has dedicated her life to the well-being of this institution. Her contribution to this institution from its inception is woven into the lives of students and teachers who serve here.
Usha Aunty is a “Doctor” by profession and a educationist by passion.
Usha aunty started her career in 1984 as Pathologist in KIMS, Bangalore. She closely worked at Maruthi College of Dental Sciences, Bangalore as Professor and Head, Department of Pathology.
It was in 2000, her passion for education thrusted her to do a course in Montessori. Post gaining knowledge on Montessori system of education, there was no stopping and looking back.
Usha aunty started Chiguru House of Montessori in 2004. Since 2004 Chiguru Montessori house of children has taught over 1000 children.
The holistic development offered at Chiguru made parents crave for more. Parents continuous insistence and Usha aunty’s passion towards education, paved way to establishing CREAA ACADEMY OF LEARNING in 2009.
Being a Montessorian at heart and a strong proponent of enquiry based learning, Usha aunty strongly believes in student centric ‘Hands on Learning’ – “Hand and Mind in harmony”.
